If you want to know the price in particular about some, please send us an e-mail or you call us, we will be happy of being able to help you. The Villages are not produced by rooms, if you rent a Villa of 2 rooms and you coming yourself, you should pay for whole Villa. There are three Villages with superior prices to those mentioned, they are the Villa Veintisiete, Villa Veintinueve and La Mansión.
| What are Cuba Luxury Villas’ payment terms?You should be paid the price of the first night in advance, this way you guarantee the reservation, in case that you didn't come. You lose 100% of the deposit.
| Can you organize the transfer from the airport in the Havana until the Villa?A member of our group will go to the airport to pick you up and it will take you to the village. If you would like us to arrange transport from the airport for your entire party, at cost, we will be happy to do so, provided you give us advance warning. We strongly advise all clients to rent cars whilst staying on the island.
| How much does the concierge service cost?Absolutely nothing. The Cuba Luxury Villas concierge service is included in the cost of the villa. Please see the concierge section of the site for some innovative ideas on what you could be doing on your next holiday with Us.
| Is Cuba Luxury Villas child friendly?Children and babies are welcome in all properties, and cots can be arranged if required. Babysitters and nannies can also be organised in advance.
| What is the cancellation policy on a Cuba Luxury Villas property?A Customer may cancel a property rental contract at any time providing the first named person on the booking notifies in writing. Cuba Luxury Villas will make every effort to rent the property to a different customer. Any money or deposit paid will be returned in full to the customer if the company is able to make the same booking with a different customer as the one cancelled by the first person.
